Tulu Dima Medium Clinic is a community-focused general internal medicine facility located in Bale Goba, Bale Zone, Oromia Region, Ethiopia. We exist to bring quality, affordable, and compassionate healthcare closer to the people who need it most.
To provide comprehensive, evidence-based internal medicine care to the Bale Goba community and surrounding areas โ with dignity, compassion, and clinical excellence โ regardless of a patient's economic background.
Our clinical team is led by a qualified General Internist, supported by dedicated nurses, a licensed laboratory technician, and a certified pharmacist โ all committed to delivering coordinated, whole-patient care under one roof.
We serve patients from Bale Goba and the broader Bale Zone, including rural and underserved communities. We offer flexible consultation fees and work closely with local health extension workers to support preventive care.
What We Offer
Full adult medical assessment, diagnosis, and treatment for a wide range of conditions by a qualified internist.
10 admitting beds with round-the-clock nursing, daily physician rounds, and close monitoring until discharge.
Walk-in and scheduled consultations 7 days a week, 7:00 AM โ 8:00 PM Ethiopian time.
Assessment and management of hypertension, heart failure, arrhythmias, and chest pain workup.
Diagnosis and treatment of asthma, COPD, pneumonia, tuberculosis screening, and breathing disorders.
Type 1 & 2 diabetes management, thyroid disorders, obesity counseling, and metabolic syndrome.
Management of renal disease, electrolyte imbalances, urinary tract infections, and fluid status.
Peptic ulcer disease, gastritis, liver disease, jaundice workup, diarrhoeal illness, and nutrition.
Malaria, typhoid, sepsis, skin & soft tissue infections, and antibiotic stewardship in a resource-sensitive setting.
Headache, dizziness, seizure management, stroke assessment, and referral coordination for neurological conditions.
Iron-deficiency, vitamin B12, and haemolytic anaemia; work-up, transfusion needs, and supplementation therapy.
Malnutrition assessment, dietary counseling, vaccination guidance, and routine adult health screening.
Haematology, clinical chemistry, microscopy, and urinalysis โ same-day results for informed clinical decisions.
Structured follow-up programmes for hypertension, diabetes, asthma, and CKD with patient records and prescription history.
Inpatient Care
Our inpatient unit provides round-the-clock nursing care, daily physician rounds, and continuous monitoring for patients who need more than a single visit.
We manage a wide range of conditions including infections, metabolic disorders, respiratory illness, and post-procedure recovery.
